SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping Update: as of 04/23/2025
For your protection all parcels within Canada are sent via Canada Post.
ALL parcels are delivered to your Mailbox, Community Mailbox or left with the front desk if you have a concierge in a condo/apartment building if a drop box is not available in your building.
A notice of delivery will be left advising that your parcel will be delivered to the closest Post Office or drop box, for your collection. Please be sure to check these locations before contacting us that your parcel wasn't delivered.
FRAUDULENT CLAIMS of non delivery will be sent to the authorities for further investigation and may result in criminal charges.
Shipping Charges are determined at checkout, according to your location. You may cancel the order at anytime before completing the order.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are also the customer's responsibility and are also non-refundable.
Be sure to add our email address to your contacts, so that you will receive any correspondence from us!
We cannot process international orders, only orders with Canadian addresses will be processed.
Orders placed on Friday after 6PM, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays, are not processed until the following MONDAY.
Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery (except for BC,Yukon, NWT & Nunavut, please allow 10 - 12 business days for delivery).
Any purchase that requires Express Post please note that we cannot promise next day delivery for Express Post - please allow an extra day for handling. Delivery will take 2-3 business days from placing your order, depending on location.
Shipping Tip! Parcels shipped within the Atlantic Provinces (NS, NB, & PEI ) are usually delivered very quickly within two business days by using Expedited Post. The Express Post is not needed to receive your parcel quickly, unless you live outside the Atlantic Provinces.
